Shipping policy

Orders placed after 1PM (PST) will ship the following business day. 

Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday.
We do not process shipments on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. 

We offer FREE ground shipping on all $35+ orders within the contiguous U.S. This excludes shipments to U.S. territories such as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping costs to these locations are calculated during checkout, to adhere with carrier policies and customs requirements.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To start a return, contact help@btymark.com. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7-10 Business days from receipt of package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

the hair method® is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages.  We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with signature. Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and returned back to sender.
